Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payment to vendors and collection from clients.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and other balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries and ledger reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial reports, analyses, and statements for management review, contributing to budgeting and forecasting efforts.
  • Process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain meticulous financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales, operations) to ensure financial data accuracy and resolve billing or payment issues.
  • Assist with audit preparations by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Finance Coordinator, Accounting Assistant, or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
