Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Support senior financial analysts in data collection, analysis, and presentation of financial results.
- Participate in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Maintain and update financial models and databases to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as requested by management.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide analytical support.
- Contribute to process improvements within the finance department.
- Utilize flexible scheduling options effectively to meet deadlines and team commitments.
Required Skills
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with financial reporting software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
