Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Support the finance team in data collection, input, and verification to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Conduct reconciliations of various accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Aid in the analysis of financial data, trends, and variances.
- Assist with internal and external audit requests by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial reporting processes and procedures.
- Perform other ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as required by the finance department.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
