Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their seafood selections, providing product information and cooking advice.
- Learn and apply proper techniques for handling, preparing, and cutting various types of fish and seafood.
- Maintain immaculate hygiene and cleanliness standards for the counter, equipment, and work areas.
- Ensure all seafood displays are attractive, well-stocked, and presented according to quality guidelines.
- Accurately weigh, package, and label products for customers.
- Process transactions efficiently using the till system.
