Are you an impeccably organized professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring operational integrity? Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated Fleet Compliance Documentation Assistant to join our dynamic team in Ville-Marie, Montreal. This isn’t just an administrative role; it’s a critical function that underpins the legality, safety, and efficiency of our entire fleet operations. In this pivotal position, you will be the cornerstone of our compliance efforts, responsible for managing, maintaining, and updating an extensive array of essential documentation. From meticulously tracking vehicle registrations, permits, and insurance policies to diligently ensuring the timely renewal of driver certifications and maintenance records, your proactive approach will prevent potential disruptions and uphold our high standards. You will play a crucial role in preparing for both internal reviews and external regulatory audits, assembling and presenting documentation with precision and clarity, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to compliance. Your daily tasks will involve more than just filing; you will actively track key compliance metrics, identify areas where we can further enhance our adherence to regulations, and collaborate closely with our fleet managers and drivers. This collaborative spirit is essential, as you’ll be gathering vital information directly from the source, building relationships that foster a culture of compliance across the organization. Staying abreast of the ever-evolving landscape of local, provincial, and federal transportation regulations—including Hours of Service, CVOR, and specific Quebec mandates—will be a continuous and engaging part of your role, requiring a commitment to ongoing learning and adaptability. We are looking for someone who thrives in a structured environment but can also anticipate needs and propose solutions. Your expertise in managing both digital and physical filing systems will ensure that all fleet documentation is accurate, easily accessible, and audit-ready at all times.
