Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily planning, scheduling, and dispatching of fleet vehicles to optimize routes and delivery times.
- Coordinate and track vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure fleet readiness and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage and update vehicle documentation, including registrations, insurance, and service records.
- Provide administrative support to drivers, assisting with queries, travel arrangements, and necessary paperwork.
- Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and operational costs, preparing reports for management review.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant transportation regulations, company policies, and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory of fleet assets and related equipment.
- Support the implementation of new fleet management technologies and processes.
Required Skills
- Proven organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
