Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers throughout the flight experience.
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service, responding promptly and courteously to passenger requests and needs.
- Perform pre-flight safety checks on all cabin equipment and ensure the cabin is prepared for boarding.
- Clearly demonstrate emergency procedures and equipment to passengers.
- Serve meals, beverages, and sell duty-free products with a professional and friendly approach.
- Handle a variety of onboard situations, including medical emergencies, disruptive passengers, and technical issues, with composure and effectiveness.
- Adhere strictly to all aviation regulations, company policies, and security procedures.
- Assist passengers during boarding, seating, and disembarking processes.
- Complete all necessary cabin-related paperwork and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with the flight deck crew and other cabin crew members to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with excellent comprehension.

- Prior experience (1-2 years) in customer service, hospitality, or a client-facing role.
