Key Responsibilities
- Design and create a wide range of floral arrangements including bouquets, centerpieces, corsages, and custom pieces for various occasions.
- Consult with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget, providing expert recommendations.
- Process incoming floral shipments, ensuring proper handling, conditioning, and storage to maintain freshness and longevity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring workstation and floral display area.
- Manage and maintain inventory of fresh flowers, foliage, and design supplies.
- Assist with delivery and setup of floral arrangements at event locations when required.
- Stay updated on current floral design trends, techniques, and materials.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse work.
- Proficient knowledge of floral design principles, color theory, and flower care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
