Key Responsibilities
- Perform precise and efficient packaging of various spice products according to company standards and specifications.
- Conduct visual inspections of products for quality defects or inconsistencies before and during the packaging process.
- Accurately apply labels, seals, and other packaging materials to ensure product information is correct and presentable.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized work area at all times, strictly adhering to all food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Operate basic packaging machinery and equipment under direct supervision, ensuring safe and efficient usage.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting, organizing, and rotating stock of raw materials and finished products.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, production issues, or quality concerns immediately to the supervisor.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and maintain a smooth workflow.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to precision in all tasks.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for packaging delicate items.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights (up to 15kg), and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic understanding and willingness to adhere to food hygiene and safety practices.

- Fluency in Swahili for effective communication within the team.
