Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor food processing machinery and equipment.
- Prepare raw ingredients for processing, including washing, peeling, cutting, and mixing.
- Perform quality checks on products at various stages of production to ensure adherence to standards.
- Package finished food products efficiently and accurately, ensuring proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict sanitation and hygiene protocols.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or product quality issues to supervisors.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as required.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production flow and meet daily targets.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 kg.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene principles (training provided).
