Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver food orders from the kitchen to the correct tables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist servers with guest requests and table maintenance, including refilling water glasses and clearing dishes.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order readiness and special instructions.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the expediting station and dining areas.
- Learn and memorize menu items, ingredients, and potential allergens to answer guest inquiries accurately.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with guests and team members.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Support the serving staff in setting up and breaking down dining areas.
- Assist in transporting clean dishes, silverware, and glassware to the front of the house.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
