Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver food orders from the kitchen to the correct tables and guests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist servers by clearing dishes, refilling water glasses, and preparing tables for new guests.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow and address any order discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including workstations, trays, and serving equipment.
- Learn and memorize menu items, including ingredients and presentation standards, to answer basic guest inquiries.
- Support the overall dining room operations by assisting with setup and breakdown procedures.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs politely and promptly.
