Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, chopping ingredients, and basic cooking under supervision.
- Set up dining areas, including arranging tables, chairs, and cutlery, ensuring a presentable and welcoming atmosphere.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a polite and efficient manner, adhering to portion control and presentation standards.
- Clear tables, wash dishes, and sanitize kitchen equipment and dining areas to maintain stringent hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Restock food items, utensils, and supplies in service areas and storerooms as needed.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and checking deliveries, and reporting low stock levels.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and health and safety policies.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Food Service Manager or Head Chef.
