Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of various food items according to established recipes and food safety standards.
- Serve meals to guests and staff in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring proper portion control and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, dining spaces, utensils, and equipment.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware manually or using dishwashing equipment.
- Receive, store, and rotate food supplies and ingredients, ensuring proper inventory management and waste reduction.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for meals and special events.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, food quality issues, or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Handle basic inquiries from guests regarding food items with a polite and helpful attitude.
