Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client consultations to understand their vision, objectives, and budget for weddings and corporate events.
- Develop detailed event proposals, including theme, concept, timelines, and comprehensive budget breakdowns.
- Source, negotiate with, and manage a diverse range of vendors (caterers, venues, decorators, photographers, entertainers, etc.).
- Create and manage event timelines, checklists, and floor plans to ensure seamless execution.
- Oversee all logistical aspects, including guest lists, RSVPs, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial goals are met.
- Coordinate on-site event setup, supervision, and breakdown, ensuring all elements align with the event plan.
- Anticipate and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise before or during events.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and provide recommendations for future improvements.
- Maintain strong communication channels with clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout the planning process.
