Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, processing, and distribution of essential shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, Customs Declarations, and Packing Lists.
  • Perform accurate data entry into our logistics management systems, ensuring all records are up-to-date and complete.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments, shipping lines, and customs officials to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the tracking and tracing of shipments, providing updates on cargo status as required.
  • Learn and strictly adhere to all relevant industry regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.
  • Aid in general administrative duties within the documentation department, including filing, scanning, and organizing records.
  • Actively participate in all provided training sessions, workshops, and continuous learning initiatives to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, demonstrating a willingness to learn and assist colleagues.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • An Associate Degree or Certificate in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
