Key Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload freight from trucks and trailers, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Sort and segregate incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and stack freight in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage and accessibility.
- Utilize manual and powered equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks) responsibly after training.
- Verify product counts and check for damages, reporting discrepancies as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment on the shipping dock.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as required.
