Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Respond to network alerts and incidents, performing initial diagnosis and escalation as needed.
