Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, friendly, and professional Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Chegutu Hotel. As our Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the initial point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests and visitors upon their arrival at the hotel.
 - Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and efficiently, managing general inquiries.
 - Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
 - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, processing payments and managing room assignments.
 - Maintain an organized and tidy reception area, ensuring it reflects the hotel’s high standards.
 - Assist with administrative tasks such as mail distribution, photocopying, and data entry.
 - Manage and respond to guest emails and other correspondence promptly and courteously.
 - Resolve guest concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating when necessary.
 - Maintain updated records of guest information and hotel operations.
 - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
 
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or reception role.
 - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
 - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
 - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
 - A professional and friendly demeanor with a strong customer-centric approach.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 - Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
 
Preferred Qualifications
