Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, friendly, and professional Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Chegutu Hotel. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, processing payments and managing room assignments.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy reception area, ensuring it reflects the hotel’s high standards.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as mail distribution, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Manage and respond to guest emails and other correspondence promptly and courteously.
  • Resolve guest concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain updated records of guest information and hotel operations.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer service or reception role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
