As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our warehouse running smoothly. From the moment products arrive at our facility, you’ll be involved in receiving, inspecting, and carefully stocking items in their designated locations. You’ll master the art of order picking, meticulously selecting items based on customer orders, ensuring accuracy and preparing them for shipment. This involves utilizing scanning technology and maintaining a keen eye for detail to prevent errors.
The role also encompasses packaging products securely to withstand transit, creating shipping labels, and loading outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles. You’ll work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering strictly to all safety protocols and company policies. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing lists.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring correct items and quantities.
- Prepare products for shipment, including labeling, weighing, and staging.
- Maintain organized inventory and assist with cycle counts as needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with general warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and data entry.
