Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior mechanics and technicians with vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair tasks.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks under supervision.
- Support in disassembling and reassembling automotive components, including engines, transmissions, and braking systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the garage, including tool management and workshop tidiness.
- Handle and transport tools, equipment, and parts as needed for various repair jobs.
- Conduct basic vehicle cleaning and detailing post-repair to ensure presentation standards.
- Document completed tasks and assist with inventory management of parts and supplies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding repair progress and vehicle status.
- Learn and adapt to new repair techniques and vehicle technologies as they emerge.
