Key Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines (single-needle, overlock, buttonhole, etc.) to assemble garments according to specifications.
- Perform various garment construction tasks including cutting, stitching, pressing, and finishing.
- Follow patterns and design specifications accurately to ensure consistent product quality.
- Inspect finished garments for defects, loose threads, and irregularities, performing necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with material preparation, including laying out fabric and cutting pieces.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
