Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process all necessary import documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, packing lists, and commercial invoices.
- Coordinate effectively with international suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Track the status of incoming shipments, providing regular updates to internal teams and resolving any issues or delays proactively.
- Ensure strict compliance with all UK and international import regulations, tariffs, customs procedures, and relevant trade agreements.
