Key Responsibilities
- Verify identity and authorize access for all individuals and vehicles entering and exiting the premises.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all incoming and outgoing traffic, including timestamps and visitor details.
- Operate gate access control equipment, including barriers, cameras, and communication systems.
- Provide clear and courteous directions to visitors, contractors, and staff.
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activities or breaches to supervisors immediately.
- Enforce all company security policies and procedures consistently and fairly.
- Respond to inquiries and provide assistance to individuals seeking access.
- Maintain a clean and organized gatehouse environment.
- Prepare daily reports on gate activities and any incidents encountered.
