Key Responsibilities
- Control and monitor all entry and exit points of the premises, ensuring only authorized personnel and vehicles gain access.
- Verify identities of visitors and contractors, issuing temporary passes where necessary, and directing them appropriately.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all arrivals and departures, including visitor information, vehicle details, and time stamps.
- Conduct regular patrols and surveillance of the gate area and immediate surroundings to detect and deter any suspicious activity.
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems to enhance security and respond promptly to any alerts or incidents.
- Receive and manage deliveries, ensuring proper documentation and coordination with relevant departments.
- Respond effectively to alarms, emergencies, or security breaches, following established protocols and escalating issues to management as required.
- Provide clear and courteous instructions and information to visitors and staff regarding access procedures and site regulations.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the gatehouse and immediate entrance area.
- Report any security incidents, unusual occurrences, or maintenance needs promptly to the supervisor.
