Career.zycto is seeking highly motivated and diligent General Farm Labourers to join a pioneering agricultural project based in the vibrant Business Bay, Dubai. Key Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labour tasks related to crop cultivation, including planting, weeding, pruning, and harvesting.
- Operate and maintain basic farm equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Monitor crop health, identify pests or diseases, and report findings to supervisors.
- Assist with irrigation systems, ensuring proper water distribution to plants.
- Prepare and maintain growing areas, including soil conditioning, cleaning, and sanitizing.
- Support post-harvest activities such as sorting, cleaning, packing, and loading produce.
- Adhere strictly to farm safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
- Contribute to general farm maintenance and tidiness.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous tasks.
- Basic understanding of agricultural practices (e.g., planting, watering, harvesting).
- Ability to work effectively in varying weather conditions (if applicable to the specific farm setup).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
