Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, plumbers, electricians) with various tasks.
- Clean and prepare job sites, removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Support inventory management by assisting with receiving, checking, and storing materials.
- Perform general maintenance and repair duties as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
