Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and support for a diverse network of independent contractors.

- Identify opportunities to improve contractor experience, retention, and platform functionality.
- Assist in the development and enforcement of gig worker policies and procedures.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators related to gig workforce management.
Required Skills
- 2+ years experience in a coordination, operations, or community management role.
- Proven experience working with a distributed workforce or in the gig economy.
