Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of government programs, policies, and initiatives.
  • Collect, process, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data from various sources to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare detailed analytical reports, briefings, presentations, and policy papers for diverse audiences, including senior leadership and external partners.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in data analysis, research methodologies, and report writing, preferably within a government or public sector environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS) or advanced Excel functionalities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly, concisely, and persuasively to various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in policy analysis and development frameworks, understanding the lifecycle from conception to implementation.
