Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of grant applications, ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate.
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized grant files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
  • Track grant application deadlines, reporting requirements, and project milestones using established systems.
  • Conduct preliminary research to identify potential grant opportunities that align with client objectives and scope.
  • Coordinate internal and external communication with team members and stakeholders regarding grant-related inquiries and updates.
  • Perform precise data entry and manage information within grant management databases, CRM systems, and other relevant platforms.
  • Assist with the compilation, formatting, and proofreading of reports, presentations, and other materials required for grant proposals, compliance, and stewardship.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate and concise minutes related to grant projects and administrative discussions.
  • Support post-award administrative tasks, including meticulous expense tracking, budget reconciliation, and compliance checks with grant terms.
  • Ensure all documents adhere to specific grantor guidelines, formatting requirements, and internal quality standards.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
