Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and develop original logos, brand marks, and visual identities that accurately reflect brand values and market positioning.
- Create visually appealing and highly effective advertising campaigns for diverse channels, including digital platforms (social media, web banners, email marketing) and traditional print media (brochures, flyers, event collateral, outdoor ads).
- Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to translate strategic briefs into innovative and impactful design solutions.
- Ensure all design outputs rigorously adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, typography, color palettes, imagery, and overall visual language.
- Prepare final artwork files for both digital deployment and high-quality print production, ensuring technical specifications are met precisely.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders, effectively incorporating feedback to refine and finalize designs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks efficiently to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging design tools, and new technologies to continuously bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
- Maintain an organized and accessible library of design assets, templates, and project files for future use and brand consistency.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Graphic Artist with a minimum of 3 years in a professional design role, demonstrating expertise in logo and advertising design.
- Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Deep understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
- Strong conceptualization and visual communication skills, with the ability to articulate design choices.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex marketing objectives into clear, creative, and impactful visual solutions.
- Meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration within a diverse team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Advertising, or a related creative field.
- Experience working within a corporate marketing department or a creative agency environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing principles, including SEO-friendly design and UX/UI considerations.
- Basic knowledge of animation or video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
