Key Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in the creation and adaptation of graphic assets for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, brochures, and in-room collateral.
- Ensure all visual content adheres strictly to Hotel Verde Zanzibar’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, tone, and quality.
- Perform basic photo editing, retouching, and resizing for various platforms.
- Support the preparation of presentation materials and internal communications, ensuring visual appeal and clarity.
- Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring easy access and proper categorization of design files.
- Collaborate with marketing specialists to understand project requirements and deliver designs on schedule.
- Stay updated with industry trends and design tools to suggest innovative visual solutions.
- Assist with print production coordination, ensuring files are print-ready and liaising with external vendors when necessary.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, and color theory
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Good communication skills (English, both written and verbal)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field
- Previous experience (even internship) in a design support role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry
