Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior designers in conceptualizing and developing visual content for various digital and print platforms.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.
- Prepare files for print and digital distribution, ensuring adherence to technical specifications.
- Conduct research on design trends, best practices, and competitor analysis to inform creative strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Organize and maintain digital asset libraries.
- Provide basic image editing and retouching support.
- Take initiative in learning new design software and techniques relevant to the role.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, and layout
- A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of branding and marketing concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
