Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative concepts for brand visuals across print and digital platforms, including packaging, promotional materials, advertising, social media content, and website assets.
- Ensure all design outputs consistently adhere to Rhumerie de Chamarel's brand guidelines, maintaining a unified visual identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into visually compelling design solutions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
- Conduct quality control on all visual assets to ensure accuracy, high standards, and brand consistency.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare files for print production and digital deployment, liaising with external vendors as needed.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including branding, print, and digital work.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
