Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior graphic designers in preparing visual assets for various marketing and communication channels, including digital, print, and social media.

  • Organise and maintain the company's digital asset library, ensuring all files are correctly categorised, tagged, and easily accessible.
  • Ensure all visual materials adhere strictly to company brand guidelines and standards.
  • Support the creation of presentations, reports, and internal communications with appropriate graphic elements.
  • Conduct image research and procure stock photography as needed, ensuring proper licensing.
  • Provide administrative support to the creative team, including scheduling meetings and managing project timelines where necessary.
  • Proofread and review visual content for accuracy, consistency, and quality before final publication.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and software advancements to contribute fresh ideas and efficient practices.
