Sefateng Sa Lerato is actively seeking a dedicated and diligent Grounds Cleaner to join our vibrant team in Mount Moorosi, Quthing. Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily litter removal and waste management across all outdoor areas, including pathways, parking lots, and garden beds.
- Sweep, rake, and clear leaves, debris, and other natural waste from paved surfaces and lawns.
- Water and maintain plants, flowers, and shrubbery as required, ensuring their health and vibrant appearance.
- Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as weeding, trimming edges, and minor repairs to outdoor furniture or fixtures.
- Ensure all outdoor facilities, including benches, play areas, and seating arrangements, are clean, safe, and presentable.
- Monitor grounds for potential hazards or maintenance needs and report them promptly to management.
- Assist with seasonal groundskeeping tasks, including planting, mulching, and preparing areas for different weather conditions.
- Operate basic landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and environmental regulations related to grounds maintenance and waste disposal.
