Key Responsibilities
- Perform general lawn maintenance duties, including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
- Cultivate and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees, which includes weeding, pruning, and watering.
- Assist with planting new flowers, shrubs, and other greenery as directed.
- Keep pathways, parking lots, and common areas free of debris, leaves, and litter.
- Operate and maintain various landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently (e.g., mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers).
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Support snow removal and ice management during winter months (if applicable).
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
