Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist all guests upon arrival, ensuring a pleasant and efficient check-in/onboarding experience.
- Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly, professionally, and courteously, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Provide comprehensive information about our services, facilities, and local attractions, enhancing the guest's overall experience.
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring all necessary materials and information are readily available.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Proactively identify opportunities to exceed guest expectations and personalize their experience.
- Manage bookings, appointments, and general administrative tasks accurately.
- Document guest feedback and complaints, contributing to continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions where applicable.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
- Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in guest relations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using office software (MS Office Suite) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
