Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and manage check-in procedures efficiently.
- Assist guests with check-out processes, handle payments, and reconcile accounts accurately.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, seeking satisfactory resolutions.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and reservations, maintaining accurate records.
- Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are clean, well-maintained, and ready for occupancy.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with integrity and adhere to all financial protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
- Assist with guest luggage and provide directions as needed.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction at all times.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in front desk software/PMS (Property Management System) preferred, or ability to quickly learn.
