Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests and members entering the fitness facility with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the gym floor, equipment, and changing rooms regularly.
  • Ensure all fitness equipment is in proper working order and report any malfunctions or damage promptly.
  • Assist guests with basic inquiries regarding equipment usage, facility rules, and general services.
  • Restock towels, water bottles, and other amenities as needed to ensure guest comfort.
  • Monitor the gym area to ensure a safe and secure environment for all users.
  • Support the broader hotel operations team as needed, contributing to overall guest satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
