Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily gym operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members and visitors.
- Assist with front desk activities, including member check-ins, new member registrations, and handling general inquiries.
- Support the training, supervision, and motivation of gym staff, fostering a positive and cohesive team dynamic.
- Address member concerns, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving for satisfactory resolutions.
- Conduct regular inspections of fitness equipment to ensure functionality and safety, reporting maintenance needs efficiently.
- Contribute to maintaining facility cleanliness and aesthetic standards through routine checks and team coordination.
- Aid in the execution of promotional campaigns, membership drives, and community engagement events.
- Monitor and manage inventory of gym supplies, assisting with ordering and stocking as required.
- Uphold and enforce all gym policies and procedures to ensure member safety, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Actively participate in creating an energetic, supportive, and results-driven fitness culture within the facility.
Required Skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
