Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute engaging content for various digital channels, including social media, blog posts, email newsletters, and website updates.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
  • Manage and update our company website and blog, ensuring content is current, engaging, and SEO-optimised.
  • Monitor social media channels, engage with our community, and identify trends and opportunities for increased brand visibility.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and infographics.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance, utilising analytics tools to measure effectiveness and provide insights for improvement.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all marketing communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., recruitment consultants, leadership) to gather content, promote services, and support business development initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in digital content creation and management (writing, editing, publishing)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for business engagement
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM principles and Google Analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
