Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents/patients with daily living activities, including personal care (washing, dressing, mobility) and feeding, always maintaining their dignity and respect.
- Monitor and record vital signs, observing and reporting any changes in a resident's condition to senior staff promptly.
- Support residents/patients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques safely.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, encouraging independence and providing dietary support as needed.
- Engage residents/patients in social activities and provide companionship to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment for residents/patients.
- Accurately complete care plans and documentation, adhering to all organisational policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents/patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, safeguarding policies, and infection control measures.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
