Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organise, and analyse ESG-related data from internal departments and external sources.
- Assist in the preparation and drafting of internal and external ESG reports, presentations, and disclosures.
- Monitor ESG performance metrics and contribute to the development of robust data tracking systems.
- Conduct research on emerging ESG trends, regulations, and best practices to inform reporting strategies.
- Support the senior ESG team in responding to stakeholder inquiries regarding the company's sustainability performance.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all ESG data and reporting outputs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., HR, operations, finance) to gather necessary information for reports.
- Maintain organised documentation and records of ESG data and reporting processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in ESG data collection and reporting.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for report writing.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home-based environment.
- Demonstrated interest in ESG, sustainability, or responsible investment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with data collection and management principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
