Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans.
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, including variance analysis and commentary.
- Help develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret financial data from various sources to provide insights into performance.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, clearly communicating financial performance and trends.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather relevant financial and operational data.

- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a finance or analytical role, preferably within FP&A.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home-based environment.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
