Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Home-Based FP&A Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an analytical professional looking to advance their career within a forward-thinking organisation, all from the comfort and convenience of your home in Belfast. As a key member of our Financial Planning & Analysis department, you will play a crucial role in supporting strategic decision-making through comprehensive financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting. Your contributions will directly impact our business strategy, operational efficiency, and overall financial health.

The Home-Based FP&A Assistant will be instrumental in collecting, analysing, and interpreting financial data to provide actionable insights. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong grasp of financial principles, exceptional analytical capabilities, and a keen eye for detail. The ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely to non-finance stakeholders is paramount. You will be expected to manage multiple tasks concurrently, often under tight deadlines, while maintaining accuracy and integrity in your work. This position offers significant exposure to senior leadership and ample opportunities for professional growth within a supportive and collaborative remote environment. If you are passionate about finance, possess strong problem-solving skills, and thrive in a flexible yet challenging setting, we encourage you to apply. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace where every team member can contribute their best work and develop their career trajectory.
