Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and performance metrics tracking.
- Support the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to aid in strategic decision-making and scenario planning.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to gather financial data and understand business drivers.
- Help identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data used in reporting and analysis.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as required by senior management.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a finance or analytical role, preferably within FP&A.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modelling).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for remote collaboration.

- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
