Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis of actual results versus budget/forecast and prior periods, providing actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Support the continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and reporting tools.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by the finance leadership team.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization)
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Part-qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
