Job Description
Connect 2 Create Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Home-Based Graphic Production Partner to join our growing team. This is a crucial role for a detail-oriented individual passionate about transforming creative concepts into flawless, print-ready, and digital-ready assets. As a Home-Based Graphic Production Partner, you will play a vital role in the final stages of our creative projects, ensuring all graphic materials meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and brand consistency before going to market.
Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with our design, marketing, and client services teams, taking design files and preparing them for various outputs, including print, web, and social media. Your expertise in pre-press, colour management, file optimisation, and an eagle eye for detail will be indispensable. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare final artwork files for various output methods, including offset print, digital print, web, and social media platforms, ensuring adherence to technical specifications.
- Perform meticulous quality checks on all graphic assets, proofreading for errors, inconsistencies, and brand guideline compliance.
- Optimise images and graphics for web and digital use, focusing on file size and loading speed without compromising visual quality.
- Manage and organise digital asset libraries, ensuring files are correctly named, tagged, and easily retrievable.
- Collaborate effectively with designers to troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues, providing technical guidance when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, software advancements, and emerging production technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure all produced materials maintain brand consistency and visual integrity across all channels.
- Provide technical support and guidance on file preparation to other team members as required.
Required Skills
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro)
- Strong understanding of print production processes, including colour separation, trapping, and imposition
- In-depth knowledge of various file formats (PDF, EPS, TIFF, JPEG, PNG, SVG) and their optimal use
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and quality control
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for remote collaboration
- A keen eye for typography, layout, and overall design aesthetics
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in a home-based work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Print Production, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in a graphic production or artworker role
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
- Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web graphic context is a plus
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)
