Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement across various business functions.
- Develop and implement data-driven operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Customer Success, Sales) to gather requirements, define project scopes, and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Create detailed reports, presentations, and interactive dashboards to clearly communicate findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and initiatives, making data-informed adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and analytical methodologies in operations management and strategy.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights, foster collaboration, and drive consensus on strategic priorities and solutions.
- Support the development and refinement of operational KPIs and metrics to accurately track performance against strategic goals and business objectives.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Operations Analyst, Strategy Analyst, or similar role (minimum 3 years).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and an understanding of key operational drivers.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt).
- Experience within the educational technology (EdTech) sector or a related software/services industry.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com).
